Psychiatry in San Francisco
Looking for a psychiatrist in San Francisco?
Intuitive Psychiatry is a small, focused practice at 870 Market Street — two blocks from Powell BART. We see adults for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions. Insurance-accepted. Most new patients seen within one week.
What we do
Intuitive Psychiatry is a two-clinician practice founded in 2013 by Dr. Ravi Hariprasad, a board-certified psychiatrist who trained at Penn Medicine and completed residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital (Harvard). Our primary provider is Chelsea Landolin, NP, a UCSF faculty nurse practitioner with dual board certifications.
We see adults for:
- Adult ADHD evaluation & treatment — our clinical specialty
- Anxiety disorders — panic, GAD, social anxiety, high-functioning anxiety
- Depression — including treatment-resistant presentations
- OCD, PTSD, insomnia, PMDD, perinatal mood
- Medication care, psychotherapy, and integrated plans
How we're different from a big practice
- Small by design. Two clinicians, not twenty. You know who's caring for you.
- Real first visits. 60 minutes, in-person, with a real evaluation behind it — not a 20-minute med check.
- Transparent insurance. We tell you what you'll pay before you commit. See details.
- Integrative, not dogmatic. Medication, therapy, lifestyle — whatever fits your life.
- Long-term relationship. We're built for ongoing care, not one-visit prescriptions.
How to get started
The fastest way is the new-patient application — about two minutes, no commitment. We'll verify your insurance within 1–2 business days and email you specifics on what your visits will cost. If you'd rather talk first, book a free 15-minute consultation.
Who we're not the right fit for
- Patients in acute crisis — please call 988 or go to the ER
- Patients under 18 — we're adult-only
- Court-ordered evaluations, disability evaluations, or custody work
- Substance use disorders as the primary concern — we can refer
- Bipolar disorder, active mania, or primary psychotic disorders — we can refer
